An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Gardener to join a leading garden maintenance team working across some of London's most prestigious private gardens, courtyards and roof terraces. This role is suited to someone with excellent plant knowledge, strong eye for detail and the ability to lead by example while maintaining exceptional horticultural standards. You will play a key role in delivering high quality garden maintenance while supporting and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high quality garden maintenance across multiple sites
• Maintain prestigious private gardens, courtyards and roof terraces to exceptional standards
• Supervise, support and mentor junior horticulturists
• Diagnose plant health issues and implement appropriate treatments
• Carry out seasonal horticultural tasks including pruning, planting, training and plant care
• Operate horticultural machinery, tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Ensure gardens are presented to the highest possible standard throughout the year
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professional service delivery
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient scheduling and completion of works

Candidate

• Experience maintaining high end private gardens
• Strong plant knowledge and seasonal horticultural awareness
• Experience leading or supporting junior team members
• Confident identifying plant health issues and implementing solutions
• High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Professional, reliable and organised approach to work
• Excellent communication and client facing skills
• Comfortable travelling and working across London
• Full UK driving licence
• Passion for horticulture and pride in maintaining exceptional gardens
