Garden Center Horticulture Manager

Dobbies Garden Centres is seeking a Horticulture Manager to lead our horticulture department and drive exceptional customer experiences across our stores. You will deliver expert plant care guidance, manage budgets, and work with the store GM to uphold high standards within our flagship department.

You will coach and develop teams, adapt to seasonal demands, and collaborate with central support to optimise operations while maintaining safety and customer focus.
