Salary: £200,000-£280,000
PQE Level: 2-4 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

Role:

Joining a close knit and highly regarded tax team with a strong focus on funds tax and tax finance.

• Fund formation and structuring
• Tax finance including debt, bonds, recaps, restructuring
• Asset finance
• M&A for public and private

• 2-4PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor
