Funds Paralegal

Overview

Ryder Reid Legal is working closely with a US law firm to recruit a Paralegal to join its award-winning Funds team on an initial 12 month fixed term basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to provide direct support to the group with legal work including:

Responsibilities

• Reviewing confidentiality agreements and engagement letters
• Due diligence
• Signing, closing and post-signing support to fee earners
• Database management

Qualifications

To be considered, candidates will have strong academics, and ideally some prior corporate experience gained within a similar law firm or in-house environment.

Additional information

This role allows for hybrid working and paid overtime, along with scope for progression subject to performance.
