Funds Compliance Manager - Jersey
Permanent, Hybrid, 35 hours per week

CSC is looking for a Funds Compliance Manager to act as CO, MLCO, and MLRO for Jersey-regulated clients. This is a key role ensuring compliance with the Proceeds of Crime (Jersey) Law and broader regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure AML/CFT/CPF compliance for clients
- Present reports at board meetings and support senior stakeholders
- Implement and maintain compliance policies and training
- Oversee monitoring programmes and risk frameworks
- Liaise with the JFSC and JFCU, managing SARs and regulatory submissions
- Support clients and internal teams with compliance guidance

Your profile:
- Legal right to work in Jersey
- Experience in a key person role with strong regulatory knowledge
- Relevant compliance qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
