Job Description
We are partnering with a leading global alternative investment firm to hire an Analyst for its Client and Fund Performance team.
This team plays a critical role in delivering high quality fund performance reporting and data analytics to existing clients, while also supporting new business development efforts.
This is a unique opportunity to join a high growth, strategic function, working closely with senior stakeholders across front office, product, and client solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver fund and strategy reporting support to existing clients.
- Source, analyse, and validate performance data at asset, fund, and investor level.
- Monitor investment and fund pipelines to ensure accurate reporting coverage.
- Partner with Product and Investment teams to understand strategy nuances.
- Prepare client presentations and marketing materials for fund launches.
- Respond to investor queries through data analysis and bespoke reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Front, Middle Office, Risk, Compliance, Legal & Finance)
- Support automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and data quality
- Produce ad-hoc analysis and reports as required
- 3+ years' experience in consulting, fund performance, or a related analytical role.
- Background in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction services, or capital markets also considered.
- Excellent academics, CFA exams highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of private markets and investment dynamics preferred.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly.
- Proactive, intellectually curious, and solutions oriented.
- Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
