Fund Accountant (m/f) - Lisbon

Experis is recruiting a Fund Accountant (m/f) to join the structure of a leading private equity multinational company. This is a full-time job with a hybrid regime, based in Lisbon.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Fund Finance, this role is responsible for overseeing key financial reporting activities across the fund portfolio. The professional will review monthly financial data provided by administrators, analyse variances, and ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting. They will prepare quarterly investor reports, as well as internal management reports for the CFO and Board.

The role also involves managing aspects of year-end financial reporting, including drafting narrative sections, reviewing financial statements, and coordinating the audit process. In addition, the professional will support portfolio valuations by working closely with investment teams, respond to investor queries with tailored analysis.

Profile:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related area;
• Qualified accountant, with 3-5 years relevant professional experience (Fund Finance, Audit, or Asset Management preferred);
• Strong analytical and technical accounting skills, with advanced Excel knowledge;
• Familiarity with fund structures, valuations, and financial reporting is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken - obligated.
