At GXO Logistics, we're building a talent pool of Functional WMS Consultants to support our ongoing growth across the Netherlands and Belgium. This is not for a specific vacancy but part of our continuous search for great talent to join our journey.

What are we looking for?

We're interested in experienced professionals with a passion for warehouse systems and supply chain optimization. If you have experience with WMS configuration, logistics processes, or you're eager to be part of something big, we'd love to connect!

What you could be doing:

While specific tasks vary per project, potential responsibilities include:

• Translating business needs into WMS functional designs
• WMS configuration and testing
• Supporting go-lives and user training
• Collaborating on TMS, reporting, and EDI initiatives
• Regular travel to GXO warehouses in the Netherlands and Belgium, with two days per week spent working in the office in Eindhoven.

What you bring:

• HBO or equivalent level of education
• 2+ years in logistics/IT project environments (or strong motivation to grow into it!)
• Knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Reflex, etc.)
• Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Permit to work in the Netherlands
• A hands-on mindset and the ability to keep the bigger picture in mind
