 About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Functional Kinaxis Consultant to support ongoing and upcoming supply chain transformation initiatives. This is a long-term freelance opportunity where you'll play a key role in shaping, configuring, and optimising Kinaxis solutions for a dynamic international environment.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate supply chain requirements into effective Kinaxis configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support functional design workshops with business stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into Kinaxis solution design and configuration
• Configure and optimise modules across:
• Demand planning
• Supply planning
• Inventory management
• Define and implement what-if scenarios to support decision-making
• Collaborate with technical teams on data integration and validation
• Support UAT cycles, issue resolution, and go-live activities
• Provide end-user training and documentation
• Continuously identify opportunities for process and system improvements

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Functional Kinaxis Consultant
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes
• Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro configuration
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business needs into solutions
• Experience working in complex, international environments
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (on-site + remote)
• Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken)

Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP systems (eg SAP, Oracle)
• Background in industries like manufacturing, pharma, or high-tech
• Previous involvement in end-to-end Kinaxis implementations
