£42,000-£43,000 + Bonus Earnings up to £44,000

Bournemouth Hybrid Working Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

As a WCA Functional Assessor, you'll use your clinical judgement to assess how physical and mental health conditions affect an individual's functional ability in relation to work.

No treatment. No prescribing. No manual handling. No nights. No weekends. No bank holidays.

• Assess individuals with a range of physical and mental health conditions
• Explore how those conditions affect day-to-day function and ability in relation to work
• Review medical evidence, clinical history and supporting information
• Apply your clinical judgement, assessment skills and professional reasoning
• Report your findings through detailed, evidence-based clinical reports
• Manage a structured caseload with support from an experienced multidisciplinary clinical team

You've already built the skills. Now use them differently. We're looking for:

Adult RGN RMN RNLD Physiotherapist Occupational Therapist You'll need:

• Active NMC or HCPC registration with no restrictions
• 12+ months' post-registration UK adult clinical experience
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Experience producing detailed clinical reports and evidence-based documentation
• Confident IT skills and ability to work across digital systems

You'll receive comprehensive, fully paid training designed to turn your existing clinical knowledge into the skills needed for functional assessment, with ongoing clinical support once approved.
