Functional Analyst

We are seeking an experienced (Part - Time) Functional Analyst with strong NetSuite expertise to join a non-profit organization on a freelance basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving business processes, driving change initiatives, and leveraging NetSuite to enhance financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications within NetSuite.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
• Support change management initiatives to optimize workflows and system usage.
• Ensure accurate integration of financial data and processes within NetSuite.
• Conduct business analysis and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.
• Work closely with IT and Finance teams to align technical solutions with business needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst with hands-on expertise in NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and ability to translate functional needs into system solutions.
• Solid IT skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical teams.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• English fluency is mandatory.

Additional Information

• Travel required: 2-3 days per week between The Hague and Brussels; remainder remote.
• Contract until March.
• 25 hours a week
