Due to our continued growth we are expanding with new workshops in Kilwinning and Kilmarnock. This is a great opportunity for you to join our already dynamic team of technicians. We have openings across all 3 branches; Ayr, Kilmarnock & Kilwinning, you chose! We offer market leading clear & defined salary Scales £32k-£50k according to experience and ability .
What we offer our Vehicle Technicians
42 hour working week
Tiered Salary Scales with six monthly appraisals for salary review and bonuses - the more you contribute, the more you will earn
Overtime paid at a minimum of time and a half
30 Days Annual Leave - Increasing with length of service
In house Bosch and LKQ training courses to ensure you stay at the forefront of new vehicle technology including EV technology

What You'll Do:
Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles,

What we are looking for:
Fully qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or above) with the ability to work across various vehicle manufacturers
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for fixing things right the first time.
The ability to work independently, as well as part of a close-knit team.
A customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
