FullStack Developer

Senior Java & React Developer - Modern Stack | €400/day Remote EU + Luxembourg Onsite (1 week/month)

Are you a seasoned Java Developer with a passion for modern tech and flexible working? We're looking for a contractor with strong Java and React experience to support the development of key trading interface systems within a highly regulated financial environment.

Join a forward-thinking project running through to April, with a tech stack that includes Java 17, Spring Boot 3, ReactJS, REST APIs, Kafka, and Azure DevOps.

What you'll do:

• Design and implement new UI features in React

• Connect the Front End with both REST APIs and Kafka-based endpoints

• Write and run behavioural test cases to meet strict pre-trade compliance rules

• Align regularly with business teams to refine requirements

• Contribute to repeatable, automated setups and robust documentation

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years of Java development experience in corporate environments

• Solid experience with Agile, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices

• Comfortable with REST, Kafka, and UI-Back End integration

• Strong English skills and a Master's in STEM (or equivalent professional experience)

Nice to have:

• Java 17, Spring Boot 3, ReactJS, Azure DevOps, relational databases

Contract Details:

• Up to 200 person-days until April

• Remote from within the EU with 1 week/month onsite in Luxembourg

• €400/day for remote; onsite Full time rate negotiable
