Web Developer (Vue.js & Laravel) - Lisbon (Hybrid)

Location: Lisbon - (Hybrid Model)
Language: Fluent English required

Our client, a forward-thinking company specialising in mobile-first digital communication solutions, is on the lookout for a skilled Web Developer to join their growing team. They develop innovative tools that empower businesses to communicate more effectively with their users across digital platforms.

What You'll Be Doing:

Building and refining web-based applications, ensuring clean, efficient, and scalable code
Creating intuitive and responsive user interfaces using HTML/CSS and JavaScript
Connecting Front End experiences (Vue.js) with Back End systems (Laravel)
Working with APIs and integrating various data sources, both relational and non-relational
Contributing to software testing, bug fixing, and performance optimization
Taking part in code reviews and collaborating with product owners and designers to deliver user-focused solutions
Staying current with modern Front End trends to inform project decisions
Writing and maintaining clear, reliable documentation for ongoing development

What We're Looking For:

3+ years' experience in a similar development role
Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel framework
Hands-on experience with Vue.js and Nuxt.js
Solid Front End skills with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Familiarity with MVC frameworks and SQL (MariaDB preferred)
Detail-oriented with an eye for design and usability
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
