Location: The Hague, The Netherlands (Hybrid - Remote & In-Person)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Holidays: 25 paid vacation days per year

Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time intern or junior-level Business Development Associate to help us identify new clients, build relationships, and support the development of Korean beauty brands in Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an international environment and be part of a fast-paced and creative industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential new B2B clients across Europe
• Reach out to leads and manage initial communications
• Support the onboarding of new Korean beauty brands
• Assist with client relationship management and follow-ups
• Help prepare presentations, reports, and brand materials
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team on campaigns and promotions

Requirements:

• Currently living in the Netherlands (required)
• Able to work 40 hours per week (full-time)
• Strong interest in international business and beauty industry
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in a hybrid work environment (remote + occasional in-person meetings)
• Fluent in Dutch or English (both is a plus)
• Speaking Lithuanian, Polish, or Czech is a strong advantage
