Fred Perry are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join their team at Liverpool ONE.

Founded in 1952 by triple Wimbledon champion Fred Perry, the iconic British brand is known for its distinctive style, heritage and innovation.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager, leading the team and delivering excellent customer experiences while helping to drive sales and maintain high standards across the store.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs


• Leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service


• Overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures


• Managing stock, cash handling and visual merchandising standards


• Coaching and developing team members through regular feedback and training


• Supporting staff rotas and ensuring adequate cover during busy periods


• Maintaining health, safety and security procedures


• Analysing sales performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement


• Handling customer queries and complaints professionally


• Representing the Fred Perry brand and its values

What they're looking for

• Previous retail supervisory or assistant management experience, ideally within fashion


• Excellent communication and leadership skills


• Strong commercial awareness and experience working towards sales targets and KPIs


• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a busy retail environment


• Confidence using EPOS systems, reporting tools and Microsoft Office or similar


• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for the Fred Perry brand


• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays when required
