Job Overview:
We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who combines deep technical expertise with leadership, curiosity, and a passion for AI-led development.
If you enjoy owning complex systems end-to-end, mentoring engineers, and working in a fast-paced environment where innovation matters, this role is for you.
Technical Leadership & Delivery- Guide the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Partner with tech leads to ensure alignment with engineering best practices, architectural standards, and ECA's client objectives.
- Drive strong technical decision-making, task prioritisation, and resource management to meet project deadlines.
- Build strong partnerships with product, business, and technology stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions while adapting your approach based on stakeholder needs.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non technical audiences.
- Champion an AI-first development mindset, integrating AI tools into the SDLC for code generation, testing, debugging, and optimisation.
- Design and implement AI-powered capabilities, including RAG workflows, intelligent search, and recommendation systems.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI and full stack development, and apply them to real-world solutions.
- Mentor and support engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Lead by example with a proactive, solution oriented mindset.
- Proven experience building scalable, high performance full stack applications.
- Strong hands on experience with React, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of microservices and modular architecture.
- Strong experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Hands on experience with middleware and orchestration tools such as Tachyon, Temporal, or similar platforms.
- Experience with data ingestion, pipeline management, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with vector databases to support AI driven features.
- Strong skills in performance tuning, monitoring, and optimisation.
- Deep understanding of AWS and cloud native architectures.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong grasp of DevOps and infrastructure automation best practices.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices, data privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Experience building reliable, production ready systems at scale.
- Experience working with LLMs, embeddings, LangChain, and RAG based architectures.
- Familiarity with AI driven automation to improve engineering efficiency.
- Work on innovative, AI powered full stack solutions
