Location: Essex (2 days onsite)
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000

A fast-growing software company are looking to add a full stack developer with a passion for Front End polish to their 10-strong development team. With nine new hires this year already, it's an ambitious environment where your work will have a direct impact.

The Role

• Build modern, user-facing applications using React, JavaScript, and CSS ensuring interfaces look as good as they run.

• Develop Back End services with C#, ASP.NET Core, and MVC.

• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to refine user experiences.

• Contribute to code quality, performance, and secure development practices (OWASP).

• Mentor junior developers and help shape Front End standards.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience with React, JavaScript, and CSS, with an eye for UI/UX detail.

• Proven Back End skills in C#, .NET Core, MVC, and REST APIs.

• Track record of delivering polished, secure, production-ready applications.

• Degree in Computer Science (or related field).

• 4-8 years' commercial development experience.

• Clear communicator and team player.
