FTC - Production Operator

This role is on a fixed-term basis until the end of the yearThe Production Operator is responsible for manufacturing, testing, and inspecting products safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards, while actively contributing to the performance of the team and work area. In addition to delivering day-to-day production requirements, the role is expected to demonstrate ownership, accountability, and initiative by identifying issues, solving problems, supporting colleagues, and continuously seeking ways to improve quality, delivery, efficiency, and workplace standards.
