We are currently seeking to hire into our Business Transformation Customer Team at Senior Consultant.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business transformation initiatives across Financial Services, focusing on customer strategy, operating model design, digital enablement, customer experience, lean process improvement, and organisational design.
• Drive innovation through emerging technologies and AI, leveraging data driven insights and AI powered solutions to optimise processes and enhance customer experience.
• Partner with clients to shape business objectives, analyse pain points, and translate them into actionable strategies and functional requirements. Facilitate workshops and interviews to capture process flows and user stories.
• Solve complex business challenges using design thinking, combining logical reasoning and creative approaches to deliver impactful solutions.
• Manage stakeholders and build trusted relationships, collaborating across multi disciplinary teams to ensure alignment and achieve project objectives.
• Deliver actionable insights through data visualisation and technology implementation, enabling informed decision making and measurable outcomes.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, to influence senior stakeholders.
• Organise and prioritise effectively, ensuring high quality deliverables within tight deadlines.

Qualifications: To Qualify for the Role

• Degree qualified professional with proven experience in business transformation; prior involvement in large scale change programmes is highly desirable.
• Minimum 3 years' track record in delivering complex change initiatives within Financial Services.
• Expertise across the full project lifecycle, from initiation and design through to implementation and delivery.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity, rapidly diagnosing business challenges and shaping practical, innovative solutions.
• Strong problem solving and resilience, with the capability to overcome barriers and establish credibility quickly.
• High personal impact and influencing skills, able to secure stakeholder buy in for major decisions and transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills, including experience presenting to senior executives and crafting clear, persuasive narratives.

Ideally, you will also have

• Consulting experience or relevant industry expertise within a leading Financial Institution.
• Strong academic background with a relevant third level qualification.
• Advanced analytical capability and proven proficiency in facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• High level proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analytics and PowerPoint for creating structured, executive level presentations.
• Professional certifications such as:
• Lean Six Sigma
• Project Management and/or Agile
• Design Thinking
