Frontline Valuation Booking & Customer Care Specialist

Simplify Group in St Ives, Cambridgeshire is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to be the first point of contact for customers, managing referrals and booking valuations.

You will handle calls, liaise with the Valuation team and estate agents, stay focused on targets while delivering excellent service. Full training provided.

The role offers a base salary of £24,879.83 with a quarterly bonus, 25 days holiday plus public holidays, pension, and additional benefits.
