Frontline Operations Lead - Sort Center

Relay seeks an experienced operations leader to run shifts at Hybrid Sort Centres, directing 50-100+ operatives with hands-on presence on the floor. You will own end-to-end shift plans, drive throughput, quality and safety, and deploy changes across a live, dynamic operation.

You will build robust processes, mentored teams and clear handovers, maintaining momentum through volume peaks and tight deadlines, in a fast-paced logistics environment.
