Frontline Officer: Resident Services & Customer Support

Haringey Council invites applications for a Frontline Officer based at Wood Green Library, London. You will be the first point of contact for residents, handling enquiries and guiding customers to the right services, delivering a professional, responsive and customer focused service.

The role requires strong communication, organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment. The post is a fixed term contract for 18 months, starting at PO1 scale.
