Frontline Customer Service & Order Admin

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Deeside is seeking a Customer Service Administrator on a temporary basis, with a permanent contract possible after 12 weeks. Hours are Mon-Thurs 8:30am-5:00pm and Fri 8:00am-4:00pm, with pay of £12.75 per hour.

This frontline role handles calls, emails, and order updates. You will liaise with warehouse, dispatch and sales to obtain order updates, maintain accurate records in internal systems, and assist with post and dispatch administration.
