Job Description

As Front of House Team Leader at the National Memorial Arboretum, you'll be at the centre of a busy and varied hospitality operation, supporting the day-to-day running Aspects, Award winning events and functions facility, as well as supporting the Arboreretum's restaurant, coffee shop, and visitor catering outlets. This is a hands on management role where you'll lead by example on shift, keep service standards high and make sure visitors receive a welcoming, efficient and well-run experience every time they visit.

We're looking for someone with proven experience in hospitality or food service supervision who can confidently manage busy services, support and motivate staff, and keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be organised, proactive and comfortable dealing with everything from customer queries and stock control to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety across multiple outlets.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced hospitality, large-scale events and leading a team in a unique environment. You'll work directly in the Events team and closely work with the Food Service management team, gain exposure to a wide range of catering operations and play an important part in delivering high-quality service across one of the UK's most visited destinations.

This role is fully site based at the National Memorial Arboretum, Croxall Road, Alrewas, Staffordshire, DE13 7AR. Due to the nature of the operation, the successful candidate will work any 5 days from 7, including weekends and evenings as required.

£53,381 to £58,818 (Inclusive of London Supplement)
