Front Of House Supervisor / Team Lead

Location: Dublin, on premises. Job Type: Full time. Remote: No.

The Front Of House Supervisor/Team Lead at Europcar Mobility Group oversees the front of house operations, ensuring a fast, smooth and professional customer journey, maintaining service quality, and leading front of house staff in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience & Front of House Leadership - Lead operations to deliver excellent customer experience, serve as escalation point for customer issues, resolve complaints quickly, drive NPS, and adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
  • Queue Management & Service Levels - Actively manage queues and customer flow during peak times, adjust team deployment in real time, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and process priority and pre booked customers efficiently.
  • Sales & Revenue - Maximise upsell opportunities (upgrades, protection, add ons), coach staff to identify and convert sales opportunities, monitor sales performance, provide live feedback, and ensure compliance with sales policies.
  • Team Leadership - Motivate and support front of house staff, lead by example to maintain energy and morale, provide coaching and daily performance support, and assist with shift planning and workload distribution.
  • Operational Coordination - Coordinate with fleet and operations teams to match vehicle readiness with demand, communicate operational risks proactively, and support smooth execution of shuttle and direct to car processes.
  • Brand & Compliance - Maintain high standards of presentation, uphold rental procedures and insurance requirements, and maintain company standards in every customer interaction.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience as a supervisor or team leader in a fast paced, customer facing environment (airport, retail, hospitality).
  • Strong ability to manage queues, prioritise tasks, and make prompt decisions.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Sales aware and able to motivate team members to achieve targets.
  • High energy, resilient, and hands on leadership style.
