Front of House Lead - Night Operations

Location: LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: Full time, fully flexible across 7 days, start as early as 7.30 pm and finish at 0730 am, mix of 10 and 12 hour night shifts.

Contract Type: Fixed Term Seasonal until Winter 2026

As the Hotel Front of House Team Leader you ensure the overall smooth and efficient running of the Front of House team during your shift and control the shift operation while communicating effectively with all relevant departments.

You lead and develop a team of Hotel Front of House Assistants, demonstrating a high level of customer service, motivating your team to provide the best possible standard of guest interaction, and handling any guest problems, complaints, and compliments, passing on relevant information to management.

You develop direct reports to enable your team to give the highest standard of customer service and liaise regularly with Housekeeping regarding room allocations, status and special requirements.

The role of Hotel Front of House Coordinator is a key function in coaching, developing and empowering your team to deliver excellent customer service while adhering to all company policies and procedures, allowing for judgement and flexibility as situations demand.

Qualifications & Experience

• Communication and team building skills
• Prior experience in a customer facing role
• Experience in a hospitality environment
• Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office applications
• Previous use of Opera PMS preferred
