We have a wonderful opportunity for a Dedicated Cover Front of House Coordinator to join our vibrant and dynamic team at one of Rapport's prestigious client sites in the City of London. The Rapport team covers 11 buildings in this prestigious site, housing companies ranging from investment banks and law firms to high-tech firms.
The client's portfolio includes a variety of offices and retail spaces in the heart of the City of London. The site is the largest pedestrianised neighbourhood in Central London, serving as a diverse community connecting innovation and finance, and a hub for new food, retail, and cultural experiences.
Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota between 7:30 AM and 6 PM, as per business needs)

Main responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of service and care to all Broadgate employees and visitors, adhering to service level agreements and policies.
- Deliver excellent guest service and welcome, acknowledging all guests professionally with eye contact and a friendly smile.
- Gather information and feedback proactively from customers.
- Maintain awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately.
- Handle enquiries and requests promptly via in person, telephone, or email communication.
- Communicate issues and feedback to the Senior Team Member, Assistant Contract Manager, and Contract Manager, following up with detailed emails.
- Work collaboratively with the team, listening and taking instructions to ensure daily tasks are completed effectively.
The ideal candidate will

- Have at least one year of customer service experience in a similar role (e.g., front-of-house reception in a luxury hotel, premium airline, or corporate environment).
- Be enthusiastic, honest, proactive, and attentive to detail.
- Possess a passion for delivering excellent service and contributing to the team.
- Create a friendly, collaborative environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, with an outgoing and vibrant personality.
- Demonstrate excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
