Our client is looking for a Front of House & Workplace Coordinator to be the first point of contact for their Cardiff office, welcoming visitors and staff, keeping the workplace running smoothly day to day, and supporting the wider team on vendor and supplier queries as they come up.

This is a front-of-house role with a commercial edge. You'll be the face of the office, but you'll also get involved in the practical side of running it, liaising with suppliers, helping manage day-to-day costs, and making sure things get sorted without needing to be chased.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming visitors and staff, keeping reception and the office presentation to a high standard, managing deliveries in and out of the building, raising and tracking issues through the office's ticketing/reporting system, liaising with building management and external vendors, supporting basic commercial admin (supplier queries, invoices, ordering), and pitching in on ad hoc office projects as they come up.

What we're looking for

Some front-of-house, reception, or hospitality experience, you don't need years of facilities management behind you, just a genuinely proactive, can-do attitude. Comfortable talking to suppliers and handling basic commercial admin. Strong communicator, well organised, good with Microsoft Office. Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
