Front Desk Manager - Corporate Guest Services at a prestigious global client in Central London. £45,000 salary plus performance-based bonus. 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday with flexibility. Full-time, permanent contract.
Responsibilities- Lead from the front and set the tone for exceptional service in a fast-paced front-of-house environment.
- Be the first point of contact for guests, clients, and employees; deliver an unforgettable welcome and ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
- Work hands-on at the desk, coach the team daily, and maintain impeccable service standards.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the guest journey and operational efficiency.
- Motivate and develop the team to consistently exceed expectations.
- Uphold the prestige and reputation of the client brand at every interaction.
- Proven experience in front-of-house or guest services leadership (corporate, hospitality, or luxury environment).
- Exceptional people skills with a coaching-led leadership style.
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
- Resilient, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve service delivery.
