Front Desk Guest Experience Specialist

The PIG Hotel in Brockenhurst is seeking a receptionist to join our front of house team. You will be the first point of contact for our hotel guests and will help ensure their stay begins and ends with a warm, memorable impression.

You will answer calls, respond to emails, and coordinate with departments across the hotel to maintain excellent guest service. Prior Opera Fidelio knowledge is beneficial, but full training will be provided.
