Front Desk Guest Experience Specialist - Flexible Shifts

Clermont Hotel Group's Thistle Kensington Gardens in London is seeking a Receptionist/Front of House to warmly welcome guests and handle queries. You'll work mainly on the reception desk, with an emphasis on personalized service and guest satisfaction.

The role is on-site with shifts five days out of seven, including early and late shifts, and pays £13.50 per hour plus commissions. Experience with Opera is a plus, but the priority is a calm, guest-focused approach.
