Front Desk & Member Care Specialist (Part time)

Nuffield Health Brentwood is seeking a Front of House Team Member to provide exceptional customer service and support at our gym. This part-time position requires great communication skills and the ability to foster a welcoming environment for all visitors.

You will play a key role in greeting members, answering queries, and ensuring the smooth running of the reception area. The role also includes ensuring safety standards, as you'll be required to swim to a high standard and undergo training for Lifeguard coverage.
