Front Desk & Guest Experience Specialist

Ibis Edinburgh South Bridge is seeking a Front Office Team Member to greet guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and deliver a warm, personalised stay.

You will respond to requests promptly, promote hotel facilities with sound product knowledge, handle calls professionally, and help maximise guest satisfaction. Training will cover all front of house functions and safety protocols. Fluency in English and strong customer service are essential, and experience with OPERA Cloud is valued.
