French-Speaking Customer Success Associate - Drive Adoption

Datadog seeks a Customer Success Associate to nurture long-term relationships with a high-volume customer base in a hybrid Dublin setting. You will drive adoption, manage renewals, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating with support, product, finance and legal teams.

You should bring at least 1+ year in a customer-facing role, fluent French, and a proven ability to negotiate terms and price objections to enable upsell and cross-sell strategies.
