French-Speaking Customer Care Specialist Hybrid

UNIQLO London on Regent Street is seeking a Customer Care Agent on a Fixed Term Contract for a fluent French speaker. You will report to the Customer Services Manager and the Country Market Leader.

Hours are 7.5 hours per day (37.5 per week). Hybrid working is offered: three days in the office and two at home, with training in the office.

You will handle first-line inquiries across phone, email, and chat, translate where needed, and uphold GDPR compliance.
