French Customer Service Agent - Hybrid

Salary: €920 + €300 Language Bonus + Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus (up to €137.33/month)

What we're looking for:

• Fluent French(C2 level) - required.
• Fluent English - strong speaking and writing skills.
• Customer service experience (preferably in call centers) or B2B support experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Your role will include:

• B2C and B2B
• Assisting customers with orders, exchanges, and upselling opportunities.
• Managing customer and partner interactions through phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Recording customer details and ensuring timely follow-up on all cases.
• Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies.
• Collaborating with the team to exceed quality KPIs and strengthen the brand.
