Freight Sales Manager - Munster

Auxilia Group Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Freight Sales Manager for the Munster and Connaught regions on behalf of our client within the transport sector. This is a permanent opportunity based in Co. Cork.

Role:

• Identify and pursue new freight forwarding and logistics business opportunities within the European market.
  
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
  
• Drive new client acquisition through prospecting, networking, and outreach.
  
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  
• Develop tailored freight and logistics solutions based on customer needs.
  
• Present sales proposals, negotiate rates, and secure contracts.
  

Requirements:

• Strong sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics.
  
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  
• Strong analytical skills for forecasting and market evaluation.
