Freelance Technical Project Manager - Global Device Lifecycle Management (DaaS + VDI)

Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a major global initiative within a leading Healthcare organisation. We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager with strong experience in Device Lifecycle Management, Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS), and Virtual Desktop/VM environments. The consultant will support the centralisation of regional device processes into a single global framework, with strong focus on security, governance, and technical delivery.

Requirements

Must-Have

• Strong experience managing Device Lifecycle Management programmes (procurement - deployment - support - retirement)
• Hands-on understanding of DaaS, virtual desktops, and endpoint/VM infrastructure
• Experience driving global centralisation of IT operations or EUC platforms
• Solid grasp of endpoint security, compliance, policies, and governance standards
• Ability to collaborate with regional IT teams, architects, engineering, and security
• Structured communication: clear, proactive, stakeholder-oriented
• Strong problem-solving and ability to manage technical risks, dependencies, and migration challenges
• Experience managing enterprise-scale infrastructure projects with multiple regions
• 5+ years PM experience in EUC/infrastructure + global programme exposure
• Fluent in English

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in highly regulated industries (Healthcare, Pharma, Financial Services)
• Familiarity with MDM/endpoint tools (Intune, SCCM, similar)
• Experience designing or implementing governance frameworks
• Ability to translate technical decisions into business impact and cost-benefit

Contract Details

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Remote/EU preferred
Workload: Full-time
Duration: Long-term (March-December 2026)
