Fawkes and Reece are currently recruiting for a freelance Site Manager for a fit out / refurbishment company. The offer nationwide services to their customers, and are requiring a Freelance Site Manager to work across some of their schemes based within the Yorkshire region.

The Role

You will be working across the Yorkshire region, working on enhancement and maintenance schemes for live supermarkets. These schemes will last for 4 weeks at a time.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
• Record onsite progress and lookaheads
• Follow H&S guidelines

Required Qualifications/Experience

• Experience working on retail fit out / refurb projects - specifically Supermarkets
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
• Own Laptop - ability to download clients app to work off
• UK driving license and access to own vehicle

What's on offer

• Day / hourly rate - whatever your preference
• Weekly pay on a Friday
• Mileage paid for if travelling over 30 miles to site
