Freelance Site Manager: Design & Build 3-Month Project

Broughton Group is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build £10m mixed-use scheme in Shrewsbury on a freelance basis for approximately 3 months. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering projects, specifically in Design and Build, and will manage all aspects of the project including safety, resource allocation, and financial control.

Key requirements include current CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications. Strong communication skills are essential.
