MUST HAVE CTC OR SC CLEARANCE - START MID APRIL - 10 WEEKS LONG FIRESTOPPING AND FIRE REMEDIATION WORKS - DAYS & NIGHTS We're Hiring:

Location: Sheffield
Sectors: Commercial - firestopping and fire remediation
Day rate: Can be discussed
Duration: 10 weeks

We are looking for a Freelance Site Manager to manage an office fire remediation project completing firestopping, fire door installations and repairs works. Candidates must have CTC or SC clearance due to the building the works are being carried out in. 75% of works is completed on days and 25% is night shift.

Job duties as the Freelance Site Manager:

• Report directly to the Contract Manager and senior management team
• Manage contractors and subcontractors on-site
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
• Liaise with client regularly

Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager:

• Experience as a Site Manager in fire stopping/ fire remediation
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• CTC or SC clearance is a must
• Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers position
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
