Job Description
cobaltrecruitment is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a £5m Cat B commercial fit-out in St Albans. The role runs for 6 months starting December, with Monday-Friday working and occasional weekend work.
You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinating around 20 operatives, ensuring safety, programme adherence and quality, and maintaining RAMS/docs. SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are expected.
