Freelance RYA Instructors - WingSurf & WingFoil

We're looking for Freelance RYA Instructors in Wingsurfing and Wingfoiling to join our team across London. This is a flexible role with regular opportunities to deliver courses at our centres. We'll work with you to fit sessions around your availability.

Skills:

• Strong instructional skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
• Able to adapt sessions to different ages and abilities
• Reliable, flexible, and proactive

Responsibilities:

• Deliver RYA courses in (depending on qualifications)WingSurfing / WingFoiling
• Represent Keep Sailing positively with customers and partners

Experience:

• Previous experience teaching in RYA centres or equivalent environments
• Comfortable delivering sessions for adults or youth.
• Experience working as part of a team of instructors
• New instructors will be supported to develop

Qualifications

Essential (at least one of the following):

• RYA WingSurfing / WingFoiling Instructor
• RYA Dinghy Instructor or Senior Instructor
• SUP Instructor
• RYA Powerboat Instructor

Description

We are always looking for freelance instructors to join our team across our West London centres. Whether your passion is sailing, powerboating, or wingfoiling, we have regular opportunities to deliver RYA courses, youth sessions, and group activities.

This is a flexible freelance role where you can pick up work to suit your availability. You'll be part of a supportive team in a growing organisation, with opportunities to get involved in exciting new projects and events.

Keep Sailing is a fast-growing, not-for-profit watersports organisation with centres in Hampton, North London, Surbiton, and Wraysbury. We deliver a wide range of RYA courses in dinghy sailing, powerboating, wing sports, and paddleboarding, alongside youth programmes, group activities with schools, corporate events, and instructor training.

Our mission is simple: to make watersports accessible, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.
