Freelance Residential Childcare Trainer/Assessor (Apprenticeships)

A recruitment agency is seeking a Freelance Residential Childcare Trainer/Assessor to support learners in Liverpool, Manchester, and surrounding areas. This hybrid role involves assessing a caseload of learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships, attending remote and in-person training sessions, and motivating learners while managing their progress. Candidates must hold a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare and either an Assessor award or Level 3 Teaching qualification. Flexibility with travel is essential, and this position offers £200 per day for approximately 2 days a week.
