Profiles Creative, a mid size talent agency, is looking for an experienced recruiter to manage a warm territory and drive business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a warm territory with established business, identifying and securing new clients.
• Drive business development opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work closely with line managers and manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience, preferably within creative or advertising talent sectors.
• Excellent client control skills and confidence dealing directly with line managers.
• Fast paced, assertive, competitive, and hungry to maximise new business opportunities.
