Freelance Pyschologist

We are immediately looking for freelance Psychologists in the Leeuwarden, Friesland area.

Responsibilities in your role:

• Conducting intakes, diagnostic research and in-depth interviews
• Drawing up a supervision plan
• Implementation of psychological guidance by means of guidance forms from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-oriented approach, EMDR or other forms of guidance;
• Communication with company doctors and medical advisers
• Drawing up reports for clients, insurance and company doctors

Skills and qualifications:

• WO Master in Psychology with a specialization in Work and Health or Work and Organization
• Registered Psychologist NIP/Work and Health or willing to get this registration
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience aimed at restoring functioning in the work context
• Familiar with and experienced in applying psychological interventions based on cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy
• A flexible, solution-oriented, productive and customer-oriented attitude.
• An analytical and empathetic view and keen observation skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Excellent command of the English and Dutch language
