Freelance PQS - Design & Build, Brighton

Skilled Careers are recruiting a Freelance Project Quantity Surveyor for a Brighton-based design and build scheme. You will manage procurement, CVRs, cost reporting and final accounts on a £6m JCT project, with a second £2m Kent scheme providing additional oversight.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you'll work approximately three days per week on site with a negotiable day rate and an ASAP start on a contract running to August 2027.
