• Strong agency experience
• Experience managing and optimising Paid Search campaigns
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads), Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• A proven track record of driving conversions and achieving campaign KPIs
• Strong analytical, communication and client management skills
• Experience with keyword research, bid management, audience targeting and performance reporting
• The ability to manage deadlines and prioritise multiple campaigns

Day rates typically range from £250 to £450, depending on experience and project requirements.
