Freelance marketing designer to help with consultancy visuals

We are seeking a motivated designer to support our consultancy work, growth initiatives, partnerships, and market outreach activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to marketing and business development within an international consultancy environment, with a strong focus on economic development, foreign direct investment (FDI), and public-private collaboration.

The role is well suited to candidates with interest and/or experience in consultative sales, marketing and business development keen to work on a wide range of projects driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Help create captivating visuals for websites, social media, emails, newsletters and articles.
• Assist in preparing ppt, proposals, reports, tender documents pitch decks, capability statements, and client-facing materials.
• Prepare visuals for new books and reports.
• Own visuals for our yearly events.
• Contribute to redesign of website to better respond to client needs, current trends and technological demands.
• Help design AI approach to marketing/visuals to automate recurrent tasks
• Work closely with comms manager to maximise outreach.
• Incorporate AI design tools in the process flow of the company.
• Help with a wide range of marketing activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent native-level English writing skills.
• Comfortable working in small organisations and in entrepreneurial environment.
• Familiarity with AI and how to apply it to business design process desirable
• Interest in foreign direct investment, economic development, consulting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, flexible environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Workspace, Canva and CRM Zoho tools is a plus
• Glass half-full attitude, adaptable and a proactive mindset.
• A freelancer with other commitments, looking to add an additional client to their portfolio is a plus.
